IYLP is dedicated to cultivate new generation with the sense of social responsibility, academic research skill and crosscultural communication ability.
Our Mission
With the rapid pace of globalization, cultural diversity and integration have become featuresof contemporary global situation. Those distinguished young leaders, represented mainlyby university students, spare no efforts to shoulder the historical mission of constructing aprospective world where harmony is pursued and differences are reserved, and the sustainabledevelopment is stressed.
The International Youth Leadership Program is the unique platform we forged for the studentsfrom all around the world and we are dedicated to accomplishing the following missions:
>To stimulate participants’ potential We aims to cultivate and motivate university students'ability of scientific decision-making and leadership competencies through practice.
>To respect cultural diversity We are striving to forge a multicultural communication platform to foster universitystudents'ability of cross-cultural communication and cooperation, and to promote theco-prosperity of different cultures.
>To pay close attention to community development We start from investigating the surrounding communities and conduct productiveresearches, trying to push forward the sustainable improvement of the communities.

Our Vission
The International Youth Leadership Program is a unique platform to promote cross-cultural communication and collaborative academic research, which is initiated by BeijingNormal University, along with the students from world's top universities, such as HarvardUniversity, the University of Oxford, the University of Birmingham and so on.
